• Representing and assisting clients in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts of all types such as loan contracts, property pledge contracts, capital transfer contracts, share transfer contracts, debt purchase/sale contracts, etc.
• Providing clients with legal advice and assistance regarding the establishment of enterprises engaged in the areas of tax, banking and finance.
• Offering clients legal advice and assistance regarding application for tax incentives, exemption, reduction and refund.
• Representing and assisting clients in working with Vietnamese authorities in charge of tax, banking and finance in order to obtain necessary licenses/approvals.
• Providing clients with legal advice on and representing clients in resolving disputes arising from financial transactions and tax-related disputes arising from business activities.
