As a partner of WINCO, Mr. Anh practices in Hanoi office. He graduated from Hanoi University of Pharmacy in 1988, and Hanoi Law University and the University of Foreign Languages in 1992. He worked as an expert of Vietnam-Sweden Health Cooperation Program from 1992 to 1998.

Then, he began getting involved in the field of intellectual property (IP) and worked as Head of Patent Department and of IP Division for a big IP law firm before joining WINCO.  Mr. Nguyen Due Anh is an expert in pharmaceutical and chemistry. He has also been invited to act as a lecturer at numerous national and international seminars.

He is now a member of APAA, INTA, ECTA,VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association),and VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).

Dang Thi Thanh is one of the members founding WINCO. She graduated from Hanoi Law University and received a Master of Law in 1995. She worked in the courts for 27 years, Former Judge of People’s Courts of Thanh Hoa Province, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee (terms I, XIII, XIV), Former Chief Justice of People’s Courts of Thanh Hoa Province, Former Deputy Chief Judge of Criminal Court of the Supreme People’s Court.
She has many years experiencing in trial of criminal and civil litigations, commerce and investment cases as well as intellectual property right infringement cases. She successfully judged complex cases involving civil and seriously criminal litigations.
Besides, she also takes part in training and teaching at many domestic universities and conferences organized by some Ministries/Departments.
She is one of active members of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), VBF (Vietnam Bar Federation), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

 

Nam was awarded his Master of Measurement and Control Systems. Prior to join WINCO in 2010, he already had 8 years of experience in IP field. He is now a member of the Patent Department, specializing in patent prosecution in the areas of electrical engineering, computer, information technology.

Dr. Phuong studied at Hanoi Law University where he received a Doctor of Laws. He also takes part in training, and teaching professionals at Hanoi Law University and Judicial Academy. Before cooperating with Winco, he worked at People's Courts. He has many years experience in litigation matters involving both civil and criminal cases, business disputes resolution and he also has a deep understanding of Vietnamese law and International law as well. He is a member of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers) and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).

Minh was awarded his Master of Mining Exploration at Polytechnic University (former USSR). Then he received his Master of Intellectual Property at Western New England College School of Law. His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and related IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in geology, minerals and physics, provision of advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

Thanh is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. He graduated from Hanoi University of Technology and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining the firm, he was an engineer of Chemical Food and Biological Technology at Vietnam National University Hanoi. His law and agency practice encompasses the matters of patents and relevant IP rights, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications in food science, chemistry, biology, biochemistry and genetics, and provision of advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters. He is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.

Mr. Au was educated in Hanoi University of Technology (HUT) where he received his Bachelor of Mining Technology and Master of Technological Science. Prior to joining WINCO, he was the professor of University of Mining and Geology. 
 
Since 1994, he has been involved in intellectual property law field and has represented clients ranging in size from independent inventors and to large corporations. 
 
He is a member of the litigation department. His practice spans a wide variety of intellectual property areas, including Trademark, Copyright, Maintenance of Intellectual Property Tittles; Oppositions and relative proceedings Counsel on Litigation; Litigation support services. 
 
He has just received his Master in Intellectual Property from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in University of London.

Bo graduated from Hanoi Law University and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (faculty of Engineering physic). His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and related IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in physics science, telecommunication, information technology, provision of advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

Cong was awarded his Bachelor of Philosophy at University of Social and Human Sciences and Bachelor of French at Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. He is an associate of Law Review under the administration of Ministry of Justice

 

He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University. He is well experienced in consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion; negotiating, signing contract services such as: laws, prosecution on criminal and civil cases, sales and labour. He specializes in counseling on litigation and litigation support services.
