Giang graduated from the Hanoi University of Science in 2007 where he gained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. His practice encompasses such matters on patent and related IP rights of patent applications in organic chemistry, biochemistry and other fields of chemistry. His practice emphasis is also on the areas of industrial design both in Vietnam and other countries.
Hang has a Bachelor of Laws in Economics, a Certificate in Intellectual Property issued by Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, a Certificate of professional law practice by the Judicial Academy of Ho Chi Minh City. She is well experienced in the field of intellectual property and business consulting.
Thuy has a Bachelor of Law in Administration – Law University of Ho Chi Minh City, a Certificate in Intellectual Property issued by Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, a Certificate of professional law practice by the Judicial Academy of Ho Chi Minh City.
As a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, she specializes in counseling and litigation in the fields of intellectual property, criminal, civil, marriage, family, labor, business, import, export, construction.
Chinh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. He has over 10 years of legal advisory and business consulting experience. His particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate, M&A, property, construction & engineering, competition & consumer, employment relations, product quality registration/ declaration, banking & finance.
Anh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Trade.
With more than 5 years of experience in legal practice. Her particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate, employment relations, commercial dispute resolutions/ litigation, insolvency & restructuring.
Tuyen specializes in trademark, copyright and litigation law. After her graduation from Vietnam National University Hanoi where she received her Bachelor of Economics, she joined WINCO. She has been practicing in the area of trademark and copyright law for 8 years. She has continued her academic studies at Franco – Vietnamese Center for Education of Management (CFVG Hanoi). She is a member of VIPA, INTA, ECTA and AIPPI.
Yen is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. She is an associate of the firm, practising at the firm’s Hanoi office. She has practised exclusively in the area of intellectual property law with emphasis on trademark and copyright matters, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters. Prior to being the member of WINCO, she was an associate of Vietnam Economic Times. She has obtained the Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
Van is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. She received a Master in intellectual property at University of Michigan Law School. She obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by National Office of Intellectual Property. She has given numerous lectures at universities and international seminars on intellectual property law. She has been involved in intellectual property and has handled civil, criminal cases as well as the business disputes for many times. She is a member of ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).
Trung is a graduate of Hanoi Law University where he received his Bachelor of Laws. He attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by the Vietnam Ministry of Justice and many other training courses as well as international forums on intellectual property matters sponsored by WIPO. He is well experienced in consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion; negotiating, signing contract services such as: Laws, prosecution on criminal and civil cases, sales and labour.
Prior to joining WINCO, he was an associate of VDC lawyers office. In addition, he regularly litigated Cases in Supreme People’s Court.
Huong is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. She received a Master at University of Arizona (USA). She obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by National Office of Intellectual Property. She also attended some training courses in intellectual property at Temple University School of Law (Japan). She is a member of Appeal Department. She has highly experienced expertise in litigation in the fields of civil, consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion.
She is a member of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers) and ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association).
