Chuong graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Chuong also hold a Certificate of Drafting Patent Specifications from WIPO and the NOIP. His practice encompasses such matters concerning patent and relating IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in wireless communication network, telecommucations devices and hardware equipments; providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property. He has assisted many international companies and firms to establish and protect their IP rights in Vietnam by providing pre-filing advice and annuity monitoring.
Chung has been a member of Union of Lawyers in Vinh Phuc Province for many years. He received his Bachelor of Justice Law and International Law at Hanoi Law University. He is a graduate of Hanoi University of Foreign Language where he received a B.A in English. He has been involved in intellectual property for 4 years. He is a member of the firm's litigation department, specializing in all fields of trademark, copyright and patent. He is a member of VIPA, VAL. He graduated from a lawyer and judges training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice.
