Yen graduated in industrial chemistry at the University of Technology. She has over 10 year experience in the field of intellectual property, particularly in the prosecution and preparation of patent applications in electric machinery, electromechanical devices, power electronics, semiconductor devices, radio and television systems and equipment and computers.
 
Prior to joining WINCO, she worked for some law offices in Vietnam.
 
She also attended some training courses in patent law at Temple University School of Law (Japan). She is a member of ASEAN IPA (the Asian Intellectual Property Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association) and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).
Yen, an associate of WINCO, practices in the firm's Hanoi office. 
Prior to pursuing her legal career, she studied at Vietnam National University – College of Foreign Languages where she received her Bachelor of English. Her law and agency practice encompasses patents, trademarks dealing primarily with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications; the drafting and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and internationally; providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property. 
 
She has obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is one of the members of APAA, INTA, ECTA, VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).

Lan is a graduate of University of Finance and Accountancy. She was also awarded her Bachelor of English at University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining WINCO, she was an accountant of VINACONEX Corporation.

Lan graduated from Ha Noi University of Technology (Chemical Technology). She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. Her practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, representing clients in patent opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

As a member of Winco, he works at Winco's representative office in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Law University – Civil Law Department. He was awarded the Training Certificate on Intellectual Property Law by Ministry of Justice. He is exclusively experienced in preparation and prosecutions of applications for intellectual property subject matters as well as dealing with disputes on infringement and proceedings of intellectual property rights.

Linh is an associate of the firm's Ho Chi Minh office. She is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Law University. She is a member of Trademark Department. She attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice. She specializes in advisory services on the protection of intellectual property rights, advice on assignment, licensing and renewal, maintenance of Intellectual Property subject matters.

Loan is a graduate of Hanoi University of Foreign Trade and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, Chinese Department. She had been involved in intellectual property for 5 years before joining WINCO in 2015. She was awarded a Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. Her law and agency practice encompasses drafting and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and internationally.

Manh received his Engineering Bachelor at Hanoi University of Technology and his Bachelor of Laws at Hanoi Law University. He specializes in trademark, copyright and patent enforcement.

Phuong has been a member of Winco since 2004. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and The University of Foreign trade. She is an accountant of a foreign company prior to joining Winco.

Quynh is partner of the firm’s Hanoi office. After her graduation from Hanoi Law University where she received her Bachelor of Laws, she joined the firm. Since her call to the bar in 1997, she has practiced in the matters pertaining to industrial designs, copyrights and related litigation and licensing.

She also obtained her Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA , VAL and APAA.
