Quoc received his Master of Laws at Hanoi University of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a legal researcher at Legal Research Department of Supreme Court, then an arbitrator at the Center for International Commercial Arbitration of Vietnam. He took part in a training course in Enforcement of Intellectual Property Right sponsored by WIPO at the University of London. He is involved in all the aspects of enforcement of patent and trademark applications.

Son is an experienced patent attorney. She received her Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at the Hanoi University of Industry in 1994. She handles patent applications in mechanics, physics, electronics and computer technology and providing advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of patents.

Tho, an associate of the firm's Hanoi office, is in charge of advising clients on marketing strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he studied at Hanoi Law University, and the University of Foreign Trade. He also obtained his Certificate of Technical & Administrative Informatics from ecole des Techniques Informatiques de Hanoi (ESTIH).

Thanh was educated at University of Finance and Accountancy where she received her Bachelor of Accountancy. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, English Department. She also received her Certificate of Chief Accountant.

Thao is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. She  specializes in trademark and unfair competition law and related litigation. She has represented trademark owners for more than 8 years, acting as lead counsel in numerous trademark infringement, trademark dilution, trade dress infringement.

Thuy, a partner of WINCO, practices in the firm's Hanoi office. Prior to pursuing her legal career, she studied at Vietnam National University – College of Foreign Languages. Thuy then studied at Hanoi Law University and joined the firm. Her law and agency practice encompasses preparation and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and internationally, provision of advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

She is a member of VIPA, INTA and ECTA.

Toi is a member of the Patent Department. He graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology.
 
He is highly experienced in the fields of translation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications as well as in appeal and opposition to the grant of Patents.

 

Chan received his BA of Electrical Engineering from Hanoi Polytechnic University. His areas of technical expertise include computer-related system, digital recording and reproducing, plasma processing, radio and network communications, copying and printing systems.
 
His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and relating IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in mechanical, electrical, electronics and computer technology, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property.

 

Thanh is a graduate of Hanoi Construction University. He also received Bachelor of Economics – National Economic University. He was the former member of VINACONEX. He is influent in English – writing and speaking.

Dung has been a member of Winco since 2002. She is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. She attended a training course on intellectual property law organized by Ministry of Justice and was awarded as a trademark lawyer. She has much experience in preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, as well as other IP related matters in Vietnam and in many other regional countries.
