With over 20 years of experiences in business consulting before joining Winco, Mr Duong assist clients in in many phases of business setting up and project development in Vietnam. His particular strengths are in the field of foreign direct investment, business idea & finalization, market studies and analyses, feasibility studies, equitization/ privatization, operational review, corporate governance and restructuring, business strategy and analysis, banking & finance, securities/ capital market.
Duyen is an associate of Hanoi office. She is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is a member of Trademark Department. She has been involved in all aspects of trademark prosecution from application through renewal, transfer of rights and proceedings before the Appeal Board.
Prior to joining WINCO, she was an associate of Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences. She has taken in many training courses in intellectual property at home and abroad.
Ha is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. After her graduation from Hanoi Law University, she joined the firm. Since she was called to the bar 1997, she has practiced in matters concerning trademarks, copyrights and related litigation and licensing. She also obtained her Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.
Hai, an associate of the firm's Ho Chi Minh city office, graduated from University of Engineering and Technology and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. He is involved in all aspects of prosecution, preparation of patent applications in electronics and computer technology. He also received his Certificate of International Law from Boston University – School of Law.
Hang graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and Hanoi National Economics University. Prior to joining WINCO in 2006, she worked as an official at Vietnam Steel Corporation.
Hang represents domestic and foreign clients in various IP related matters in Vietnam and in many other regional countries. With over thirteen years of experience in the field of intellectual property, she has been assisting clients not only with filing applications for registration of IP subject matters in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and other countries in the world, but also helping clients effectively enforce their IP rights such as handling infringement over IP rights and unfair competition, dealing with counterfeit and infringement goods, protecting IP rights through customs supervision measures.
Hang has obtained her Practicing Certificate of Industrial Property Agent issued by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. She is currently a member of Asian Intellectual Property Associations (ASEAN IPA), Association of International Intellectual Property Protection (AIPPI), International Trademark Association (INTA).
Huong graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1998 and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages in 2002. She specializes in translating patents in pharma, biotech, medical and chemical fields, and has been working as a patent translator since 2005.
Hoai is an associate of the firm, practicing at the firm's Hanoi office. Since obtaining her Bachelor of International Laws at Hanoi Law University in 1999, she has practiced exclusively in the area of intellectual property law with emphasis on trademark and copyright matters. She also obtained her Bachelor of International Relations Institute.
