Hoa was graduated from Hanoi Law University and Hanoi National Economics University.
Her particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, banking & finance, and taxation, and at the same time acting as financial expert in some donor-funded projects in Vietnam, dealing with diagnostic audits, equitization, corporate valuation and restructuring.
 

Hong has been a member of Winco since 2002. He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. Before being a member of Winco, he worked for some law offices in Hanoi. He has great expertise in litigation on the fields of civil, commerce and administration.

Hang graduated from Hanoi Law University where she received her Bachelor of Laws. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. She is well experienced in consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion. Prior to joining Winco, she was an associate of Viet Nam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation. She has obtained the Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Hai was educated at Hanoi Law University where he received a Master in International Law. He is a member of the Appeal Department. Before being a member of Winco, he regularly litigated Cases in People's Supreme Course. He is experienced in litigation in the fields of civil, consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion. He also obtained his Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. He is a member of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).

Khiem has over twenty years of experiences in business consulting with expertise in economic policy analysis, business strategy and analysis, corporate governance and restructuring, banking & finance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability risk management. He works with both public and private sector stakeholders; he has built upon his deep understanding of Vietnam’s economic, social, ana political dynamics to assist clients and partners in mitigating risks and embracing business opportunities related to social and environmental sustainability. Prior to joining Winco, he worked with a project in Hanoi funded by the European Union that focused on trade and investment between the EU and the region. An area of particular attention involved analysis of Vietnam’s investment climate and regulatory environment related to trade.

Lan is a graduate at Hanoi Law University where he received his Bachelor of International Law. He specializes in trademark and copyright enforcement. He was awarded a Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Lan is a patent executive in the Hanoi office. Combining a strong background in science and technology with extensive experience in all matters related to patent and design prosecution, Lan has worked closely with foreign clients to protect their intellectual property in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

Lan graduated from the Hanoi National University a BS in Biochemistry, and completed an advanced course on Biotechnology and Intellectual Property offered by WIPO. Before joining WINCO, she worked as a QA engineer for a Japanese company in Vietnam.

 

Dr. Da is one of the founding members of WINCO and the head of the firm.

After receiving his PhD in Biology from Vietnam National University Hanoi in 1974, he studied patent law at Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property.

He joined WINCO after his over 20 years serving at the Department of Planning and Technological Science at the National Center for Science and Technology of Vietnam. He provides clients with technical assistance to litigation counsel in patent infringement, impeachment actions and advisory service of investment and technological transfer, intellectual property matters. He has given numerous lectures at universities and international seminars on intellectual property law.

He is a member of APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association) and ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).

Dr. Ngu received his PhD in Chemistry from Russian National Research Medical University. Prior to joining the firm, he was a professor at Thai Nguyen Industrial Technology University and the head of the Technological Science Department. Having been involved in intellectual property and joined WINCO since 1995, he specializes in patent preparation and prosecution in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, electronics and computer technology. His expertise has enabled him to write numerous patent specifications covering a wide range of technologies including business practice, hardware, software and mechanical designs.

He is a member of VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Bui Van Dan is one of the founding members of WINCO. He graduated from University of Security and then from the training course in professional investigation at the Federal Republic of Russia. He was the former head of criminal investigation division of the Railway Police Department and the Criminal Police Department – Ministry of Public Security. He also worked as a high-ranking specialist in investigating economic crimes and has had many experiences in dealing with violations in IP field.
He himself has directed the handling of many infringement cases in respect of IP and counterfeit goods relating to tobacco, medicine, wine, fertilizer, cement, etc.
He also takes part in training, and teaching professionals at many domestic universities.
He is one of the active members of VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association), ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
