Thanh is an associate of the firm’s Hanoi office. He graduated from Hanoi University of Technology and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining the firm, he was an engineer of Chemical Food and Biological Technology at Vietnam National University Hanoi. His law and agency practice encompasses the matters of patents and relevant IP rights, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications in food science, chemistry, biology, biochemistry and genetics, and provision of advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters. He is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.

Mach is a partner of the firm’s Ho Chi Minh office, specializing in preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property. He has been involved in the field of intellectual property for 8 years.
Prior to joining the firm, he studied at Bochum University in Germany where he received his Bachelor of Laws in 1978.
He is a member of INTA, ECTA and AIPPI.
Mr. Au was educated in Hanoi University of Technology (HUT) where he received his Bachelor of Mining Technology and Master of Technological Science. Prior to joining WINCO, he was the professor of University of Mining and Geology.
Since 1994, he has been involved in intellectual property law field and has represented clients ranging in size from independent inventors and to large corporations.
He is a member of the litigation department. His practice spans a wide variety of intellectual property areas, including Trademark, Copyright, Maintenance of Intellectual Property Tittles; Oppositions and relative proceedings Counsel on Litigation; Litigation support services.
He has just received his Master in Intellectual Property from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in University of London.

Bo graduated from Hanoi Law University and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (faculty of Engineering physic). His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and related IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in physics science, telecommunication, information technology, provision of advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

Cong was awarded his Bachelor of Philosophy at University of Social and Human Sciences and Bachelor of French at Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. He is an associate of Law Review under the administration of Ministry of Justice

 

He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University. He is well experienced in consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion; negotiating, signing contract services such as: laws, prosecution on criminal and civil cases, sales and labour. He specializes in counseling on litigation and litigation support services.

Chuong graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Chuong also hold a Certificate of Drafting Patent Specifications from WIPO and the NOIP. His practice encompasses such matters concerning patent and relating IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in wireless communication network, telecommucations devices and hardware equipments; providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property. He has assisted many international companies and firms to establish and protect their IP rights in Vietnam by providing pre-filing advice and annuity monitoring.

Chung has been a member of Union of Lawyers in Vinh Phuc Province for many years. He received his Bachelor of Justice Law and International Law at Hanoi Law University. He is a graduate of Hanoi University of Foreign Language where he received a B.A in English. He has been involved in intellectual property for 4 years. He is a member of the firm’s litigation department, specializing in all fields of trademark, copyright and patent. He is a member of VIPA, VAL. He graduated from a lawyer and judges training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice.

 

Cao is an associate of Hanoi office. His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and relating IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in material science and physics, providing advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate of Law Review under the administration of the Ministry of Justice. He studied at the University of Social and Human Sciences where he received his Bachelor of Philosophy.

 

Dzung is a graduate of University of Finance and Accountancy where she received her Bachelor of Accountancy and Hanoi Law University.
she is a partner of Winco with 12 years of experience in business consulting and legal practice. Her particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, banking & finance, and taxation.
