Phuong graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology (Faculty of Electrical Engineering). Prior to joining Winco, he was an associate of Vietnam Electricity. His practice emphasis is on the areas of patent including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. His expertise has enabled him to write numerous patent descriptions covering a wide range of technologies including electrical devices, mechanical, electronics, computing.
Giang graduated from Hanoi University of Technology (Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications).
Prior to joining Winco, he was an associate of Hanoi Telecom Services Company. Giang is well experienced in preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the field of computers, information technology, electronics, robotics.
She was graduated from Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University. She enrolled in Intellectual Property training course in Russia from 1989-1990. She has taken part in variety of training courses in intellectual property at home and abroad. She has obtained the Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
Dr. Tuan graduated from Mining and Geology University (former USSR) in 1968 where he received his PhD in Chemistry in 1974. He was a professor at Department of Chemistry of Hanoi Mining and Geology University during 1974 -1994. He is well experienced in prosecution and enforcement of patent applications in the field of chemistry and pharmaceutical.
To graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics. He was also awarded his Certificate of Intellectual Property by JIII and AOTS (Japan). His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and relating IP rights as translation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the field of electronics and computer technology, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property rights. He was awarded his Certificate of Intellectual Property by the NOIP of Vietnam.
Tu is a graduate of Hanoi Law University where she received her Bachelor of Laws. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.
Toan is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. Prior to joining WINCO, he was an associate of People's Supreme Court. He attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice and many other training courses as well as international forums on intellectual property matters which were sponsored by WIPO. He is exclusively experienced in preparation and prosecutions of applications for intellectual property subject matters as well as dealing with any disputes on infringement and proceedings of intellectual property rights. He is a member of APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association), VAL( Vietnam Association of Lawyers).
