He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. He is a member of Appeal Department, specializing in all phases of trademark, copyright and patent law. His practice spans a wide variety of intellectual property areas, including trademark, copyright, court litigation and actions before the National Office of Intellectual Property.

He has more than 7 years experience in the field of Intellectual Property prior to joining WINCO. Especially, he is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes on the rights over patent, industrial design, trademark in Vietnam as well as claims for rights over intellectual property subject matters in Vietnam and trademarks in Laos and Cambodia.

Thu is an associate of Hanoi office. She is a graduate of Hanoi Law University, Bachelor of English at Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining WINCO, she served as a lawyer at Bar Association of Hanoi. She is member of Trademark Department. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

Trang is an associate of the firm’s Ho Chi Minh office. She is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Law University. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Prior to joining Winco, she was an associate of Finance Insurance Group in Vietnam. She has obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Uyen is a graduate of University of Foreign Languages where she received her Bachelor of English. She was also awarded her bachelor of International Trade at Hanoi Foreign Trade College. Prior to be member of WINCO, she was a member of VILIXIM – an export and import company with Laos. She has taken part in a training course abroad on trademark matters.
She handles all aspects of trademark practice. She is in charge of registration, renewal prosecution of trademark including trademark litigation in the People’s Supreme Court, advisory service on protection trademark in Vietnam. She is fluent in English and French.

Van is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of  Foreign Studies. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.
Prior to joining Winco, she was an associate of Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences.
She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Xuan is an associate of the firm, practicing at the firm’s Hanoi office. Since obtaining her Bachelor of International Laws at Hanoi Law University in 1999, she has practiced exclusively in the area of intellectual property law with emphasis on trademark and copyrights matters. She also obtained her Bachelor of International Relations Institute.

Yen graduated from Hanoi University of Technology (Chemical Technology Faculty). She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam.

Her practice emphasis is on the areas of patents including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, representing clients in patent opposition and cancellation proceedings, and provision of advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

Yen graduated in industrial chemistry at the University of Technology. She has over 10 year experience in the field of intellectual property, particularly in the prosecution and preparation of patent applications in electric machinery, electromechanical devices, power electronics, semiconductor devices, radio and television systems and equipment and computers.
 
Prior to joining WINCO, she worked for some law offices in Vietnam.
 
She also attended some training courses in patent law at Temple University School of Law (Japan). She is a member of ASEAN IPA (the Asian Intellectual Property Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association) and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).
Yen, an associate of WINCO, practices in the firm’s Hanoi office.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, she studied at Vietnam National University – College of Foreign Languages where she received her Bachelor of English. Her law and agency practice encompasses patents, trademarks dealing primarily with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications; the drafting and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and internationally; providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
She has obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is one of the members of APAA, INTA, ECTA, VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).

Lan graduated from Ha Noi University of Technology (Chemical Technology). She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. Her practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, representing clients in patent opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.
