Linh is an associate of the firm’s Ho Chi Minh office. She is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Law University. She is a member of Trademark Department. She attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice. She specializes in advisory services on the protection of intellectual property rights, advice on assignment, licensing and renewal, maintenance of Intellectual Property subject matters.

Loan is a graduate of Hanoi University of Foreign Trade and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, Chinese Department. She had been involved in intellectual property for 5 years before joining WINCO in 2015. She was awarded a Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. Her law and agency practice encompasses drafting and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and internationally.

Manh received his Engineering Bachelor at Hanoi University of Technology and his Bachelor of Laws at Hanoi Law University. He specializes in trademark, copyright and patent enforcement.

Ms. Phu is an associate of Hanoi office. She graduated from Hanoi Foreign Trade University and Hanoi Law University.
She is exclusively experienced in preparation and prosecutions of applications for intellectual property subject matters as well as dealing with any dispute on infringement and proceedings of intellectual property rights.

Phuong has been a member of Winco since 2004. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and The University of Foreign trade. She is an accountant of a foreign company prior to joining Winco.

Ms. Quynh is currently the Head of the Domestic Trademarks & Industrial Designs Department and a partner at WINCO’s Hanoi office. With extensive experience since 1997, after earning her Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University, she has established herself as a distinguished expert in the field of intellectual property.

Her expertise focuses on domestic trademarks, industrial designs, copyrights, and legal advisory services, including dispute resolution and licensing related to these areas. She holds an Intellectual Property Certificate issued by the Vietnam National Office of Industrial Property, demonstrating her in-depth knowledge and professional competence.

Ms. Quynh is also an active member of leading national and international professional legal organizations such as VIPA, VAL, and APAA, reflecting her commitment and contributions to the development of Vietnam’s intellectual property sector.

Quoc received his Master of Laws at Hanoi University of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a legal researcher at Legal Research Department of Supreme Court, then an arbitrator at the Center for International Commercial Arbitration of Vietnam. He took part in a training course in Enforcement of Intellectual Property Right sponsored by WIPO at the University of London. He is involved in all the aspects of enforcement of patent and trademark applications.

Son is an experienced patent attorney. She received her Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at the Hanoi University of Industry in 1994. She handles patent applications in mechanics, physics, electronics and computer technology and providing advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of patents.

Tho, an associate of the firm’s Hanoi office, is in charge of advising clients on marketing strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he studied at Hanoi Law University, and the University of Foreign Trade. He also obtained his Certificate of Technical & Administrative Informatics from ecole des Techniques Informatiques de Hanoi (ESTIH).
