Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hang is currently the Head of the Foreign Trademarks Department at WINCO, headquartered in Hanoi. With over 18 years of extensive experience in intellectual property, she is a leading expert in advising and representing both domestic and international clients.
Graduating from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and Hanoi Law University, Ms. Hang built a strong foundation before joining WINCO in 2006, following her tenure at Vietnam Steel Corporation. Her expertise covers all aspects of intellectual property, including trademark filings, handling complaints and appeals, intellectual property valuation, and particularly assisting clients in enforcing their IP rights effectively. This includes addressing intellectual property infringements, unfair competition issues, and protecting IP rights through customs monitoring measures.
Ms. Hang is a certified Industrial Property Representative accredited by the Vietnam National Office of Intellectual Property. She is also an active member of prestigious international legal organizations, including the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN IPA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and the International Trademark Association (INTA), demonstrating her professionalism and continuous engagement in the field.
Huong graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1998 and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages in 2002. She specializes in translating patents in pharma, biotech, medical and chemical fields, and has been working as a patent translator since 2005.
Hoai is an associate of the firm, practicing at the firm’s Hanoi office. Since obtaining her Bachelor of International Laws at Hanoi Law University in 1999, she has practiced exclusively in the area of intellectual property law with emphasis on trademark and copyright matters. She also obtained her Bachelor of International Relations Institute.
Hoa was graduated from Hanoi Law University and Hanoi National Economics University.
Her particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, banking & finance, and taxation, and at the same time acting as financial expert in some donor-funded projects in Vietnam, dealing with diagnostic audits, equitization, corporate valuation and restructuring.
Hong has been a member of Winco since 2002. He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. Before being a member of Winco, he worked for some law offices in Hanoi. He has great expertise in litigation on the fields of civil, commerce and administration.
Hang graduated from Hanoi Law University where she received her Bachelor of Laws. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. She is well experienced in consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion. Prior to joining Winco, she was an associate of Viet Nam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation. She has obtained the Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
Hai was educated at Hanoi Law University where he received a Master in International Law. He is a member of the Appeal Department. Before being a member of Winco, he regularly litigated Cases in People’s Supreme Course. He is experienced in litigation in the fields of civil, consultancy on investment, real estate, urban management project and trade promotion. He also obtained his Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. He is a member of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).
