Khiem has over twenty years of experiences in business consulting with expertise in economic policy analysis, business strategy and analysis, corporate governance and restructuring, banking & finance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability risk management. He works with both public and private sector stakeholders; he has built upon his deep understanding of Vietnam’s economic, social, ana political dynamics to assist clients and partners in mitigating risks and embracing business opportunities related to social and environmental sustainability. Prior to joining Winco, he worked with a project in Hanoi funded by the European Union that focused on trade and investment between the EU and the region. An area of particular attention involved analysis of Vietnam’s investment climate and regulatory environment related to trade.

Lan is a graduate at Hanoi Law University where he received his Bachelor of International Law. He specializes in trademark and copyright enforcement. He was awarded a Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Lan is a patent executive in the Hanoi office. Combining a strong background in science and technology with extensive experience in all matters related to patent and design prosecution, Lan has worked closely with foreign clients to protect their intellectual property in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

Lan graduated from the Hanoi National University a BS in Biochemistry, and completed an advanced course on Biotechnology and Intellectual Property offered by WIPO. Before joining WINCO, she worked as a QA engineer for a Japanese company in Vietnam.

Lan is a graduate of University of Finance and Accountancy. She was also awarded her Bachelor of English at University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining WINCO, she was an accountant of VINACONEX Corporation.

Luật sư Lê Xuân Hoàng là thành viên sáng lập công ty WINCO. ông tốt nghiệp Trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội năm 1988 và là thành viên của Đoàn Luật sư Hà Nội năm 1992. ông có hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sở hữu Công nghiệp, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực giải quyết khiếu nại, tranh tụng trước Toà liên quan đến các đối tượng Sở hữu Trí tuệ, bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp cho các doanh nghiệp đối với các sáng chế, kiểu dáng công nghiệp, nhãn hiệu ở Việt Nam cũng như các nước trong khu vực như Lào, Cam-pu-chia, Trung Quốc, Thái Lan và các nước trên thế giới.

Ông đã tham gia nhiều diễn đàn và hội thảo quốc tế liên quan đến các vấn đề về Sở hữu Trí tuệ do WIPO tổ chức (Tổ chức Sở hữu Trí tuệ Thế giới).

Ông là thành viên tích cực của các hiệp hội trong nước và quốc tế như: Hội Sở hữu Trí tuệ Việt Nam (VIPA), Hội Luật gia Việt Nam (VAL), Hiệp hội Sở hữu Trí tuệ Châu á (ASEAN IPA), Hiệp hội luật sư sáng chế Châu á (APAA), Tổ chức Nhãn hiệu Quốc tế (INTA), Tổ chức Nhãn hiệu Cộng đồng Châu Âu (ECTA), Hiệp hội Quốc tế về Bảo hộ quyền Sở hữu Trí tuệ (AIPPI).

Nam was awarded his Master of Measurement and Control Systems. Prior to join WINCO in 2010, he already had 8 years of experience in IP field. He is now a member of the Patent Department, specializing in patent prosecution in the areas of electrical engineering, computer, information technology.

Dr. Phuong studied at Hanoi Law University where he received a Doctor of Laws. He also takes part in training, and teaching professionals at Hanoi Law University and Judicial Academy. Before cooperating with Winco, he worked at People’s Courts. He has many years experience in litigation matters involving both civil and criminal cases, business disputes resolution and he also has a deep understanding of Vietnamese law and International law as well. He is a member of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers) and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).

Minh was awarded his Master of Mining Exploration at Polytechnic University (former USSR). Then he received his Master of Intellectual Property at Western New England College School of Law. His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and related IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in geology, minerals and physics, provision of advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

As a member of Winco, he works at Winco’s representative office in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Law University – Civil Law Department. He was awarded the Training Certificate on Intellectual Property Law by Ministry of Justice. He is exclusively experienced in preparation and prosecutions of applications for intellectual property subject matters as well as dealing with disputes on infringement and proceedings of intellectual property rights.
